Each item for sale on Wright Now is offered subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Examination of property
Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the condition or any other matter concerning property available on Wright Now. Because of the vintage nature of our items, buyers should know that most pieces were previously owned; buyers are advised to inquire via phone, email, or in person about the condition of any property on which they intend purchase. All condition issues may not be photographed or referenced online, but we are pleased to personally provide a more detailed description and /or additional photographs prior to your purchase. Statements given regarding any item on Wright Now, whether orally or in writing, are intended as opinion only and do not constitute a warranty.
2. Placing your order
After placing your order via the Secure Online order form, or by direct contact with a Wright representative, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice from Wright. Receipt of this email constitutes acceptance of your order.
3. Payment
In addition to the listed or otherwise agreed upon sale price, the buyer of an item agrees to pay any applicable sales tax. All purchases will be subject to Illinois state sales tax unless the buyer has provided us with a valid resale certificate or if the item is shipped out of the state of Illinois by a licensed shipper. Buyers are required to pay for purchases immediately upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made in advance of the order. All payments must be made in US Dollars, in any of the following acceptable forms of payment:
(a) Cash
(b) Check, with acceptable identification
(c) Visa, MasterCard or American Express
(d) Bank wire, bank surcharge may apply
4. Shipping
We may, as a courtesy to the buyer, provide or arrange packing and/or shipping services, or refer the buyer to third parties who specialize in these services. Any such services provided or arranged by us are at the buyer's sole risk and expense. Quotes for shipment can be given in advance of purchase by contacting a shipping agency of your choice or an option from Wright's list of preferred shippers. The list is for your convenience and though Wright provides this list, we make no guarantee of price, shipment time, or quality. Wright recommends that all customers insure their shipments through any courier. 5. Returns
All sales are final. If there are condition issues not posted online, or not discussed prior to your purchase you may request a return within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Wright will accept your return with a 5% restocking fee. The buyer assumes responsibility for payment of all shipments and any damage the item may incur during such time regardless of the reason for return.
6. Privacy Policy
Wright is dedicated to protecting the privacy of its clients. We will not share your personal information with any third party unless approved by you. Wright Now has provided a Secure Online order form for the transmission of payment and other personal information.
